Overview

A family office built for club deals

Keitofoké is a family office and a club-deal brand with a diversified portfolio of assets primarily in the UAE, Europe and Africa across the UEMOA and CEMAC extended regions. Its core objective is to maximize portfolio value and generate capital gains through strategic, periodic asset rotation.

Keitofoké maintains an arm’s length relationship with its portfolio companies — where it holds both minority and majority stakes — in order to minimize operational risk. While certain investments are managed with a long-term horizon, with holdings maintained for several years to achieve sustainable value creation, others are managed with a more flexible and opportunistic exit strategy.

Approach

How value is created

Club-Deal Structure

A family office model that pools capital and expertise around select opportunities, rather than a conventional fund structure.

Arm’s-Length Stakes

Minority and majority positions held at a deliberate distance from operations, to contain risk while preserving upside.

Diversified Income

Returns generated through a combination of dividends, interest and capital gains across the portfolio.

Flexible Horizon

Some holdings are built for long-term, sustainable value creation; others are managed opportunistically toward exit.

Reach

Three regions, one portfolio

UAE

Anchor base for the family office, at the crossroads of its Europe and Africa activity.

Europe

Diversified holdings across strategic sectors, managed at arm’s length.

Africa — UEMOA & CEMAC

Positions across the extended West and Central African monetary regions.
